After such integration, end users can find and bind their household smart water meters in Huawei AI Life APP on the smart phone. Thus, users can check the real time meter status, consumption data, bills and so on from the AL Life interfaces. Moreover, by just tapping the button on the APP interface, the valve in the meter (water supply) can be easily controlled on demand.

Goldcard NB-IoT smart water meter connecting to the HiLink platform adopts cloud-to-cloud connection mode, on one hand, it solves the water companies’ difficulty of getting meter reads from traditional mechanical water meters, on the other hand, users can easily view their water consumptions, check bills from water companies, remotely turn off the valve on smart phones when abnormity occurs, therefore provides muti-functional interactions and immersive user experiences.
